Payment

We do not offer any credit facilities. Our payment terms are strictly COD.

We accept Debit cards at no extra cost. All Credit cards incur a 2% surcharge of the invoice value and is subject to VAT.

Payment by bank transfer accepted. Please call for our bank details.

Goods not released without full cleared funds.

All measurements & weights quoted are approximate as possible.

Furnital reserves the right to make small modifications on illustrated products shown within.

No part of the website or catalogue may be used for reproduction or advertising material unless written consent is obtained from Furnital Ltd.

Delivery

All raw un-finished items are usually delivered within 1 - 3 weeks from order. Special items and finished orders take around 4 - 8 weeks. All orders are usually delivered on our own vehicles. Orders over the value of £1,000 (One Thousand Pounds) are delivered free when our vehicle is next in the area providing the destination is within an area already covered by our vehicles. Out of areas are on a quotation basis only. Urgent orders can be dispatched via box or pallet carrier, prices available on request.

We will deliver direct to site providing there is a sufficient supply of assistance with unloading of the vehicle which you must supply. Please also ensure that all areas are free of obstacles to ensure ease of delivery. All areas must be safe and secure for unloading and storing the products.
