Furnital Ltd are one of the UK's leading importers and suppliers of Italian made contract furniture to the Hotel & Leisure industry predominantly supplying the trade from the small independent local upholsterer, interior designers, architects and contract furnishers.

Established in 1984, Furnital Ltd is renowned for its good name, efficient and reliable service and wide range of products supplied within the furniture industry. The company is situated in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire making it very central in the UK and convenient from all the motorways networks.

Life for the company began twenty six years ago after Lorenzo Bonura came to the aid of an Italian furniture lorry driver in distress on the motorway. As one good turn deserves another, Mr Bonura, now the Managing Director stumbled on a market of Italian Reproduction furniture which was scarce at the time. Nearly ten years later this market expanded into contract furniture. Such was the demand for the Italian style and quality brought to the furniture market that the Hotel and Leisure industry soon insisted on the same high standards.

Furnital Ltd imports all products from Italy on a weekly basis. Many of the products are imported K.D. (knocked down in component form) and are assembled on site in Wellingborough with genuine Italian chair assembly machines. This allows Furnital to hold vast stocks in a small space and assemble them ready for sale for a quick turnaround. With three vehicles and a very reliable pallet service, all orders can be supplied as quickly as required by the client offering a fast reliable and swift efficient service for all enquiries and quotations.

Vast stocks of raw un-finished dining chairs, carvers, armchairs, bar stools, tables and table tops are held the 32,000 square foot premises within three large warehouses, and cater for all demands, styles, quantities and establishments. All the products are styled and manufactured specifically for the contract and domestic market, offering unique designs along with comfort, quality and durability.

As the range of chairs produced in Italy is of enormous size, we can obviously not stock and illustrate every single model. Therefore, if a particular design is required, we will endeavour to seek it for you on receipt of an image.

Furnital Ltd is run very much like a family business even though none of the staff are related. This stems from the great tradition of Italian hospitality, and this custom is extended to all our clientele.
